We love our bars and so do people because they are so beautiful, delicious and amazingly good!!

BUT they can be intimidating for and this is what customers have said:

1. I don't want to cut it because it's too beautiful!!
2. I'm afraid I'll use too much, I mean how much (in terms of money) am I using?
3. How much is too much/too little?

Since we started with discs where 1-3 discs is enough to start on our cacao, we can see how this can be a bit daunting. Even people who use ceremonial cacao in large bricks still find working with ours so different because of the shape and thinness of the bars compared to the bricks making them:

1. Easier to cut and work with 
2. Faster to break down for a serve
3. Easier to share with others

Since our cacao is more potent than other kinds, remember a little goes a long way.

A pound is 453 grams and we recommend starting with 3 grams per serve so that's 153 serves in one bar!!! This means a serve is less than $1
