This citrusy cacao has the energy of the east, new beginnings. It is made in honor of Mauna Kea as it comes from the Hāmākua Coast (breath of god) and is the place Poliʻahu comes to sit on the rocky coast.
This cacao honors the rise of the sun, the east and will help you descend from your isolated experiences of "reality" and manifest new beginnings, grounded in the "breath of god".
This cacao is grown on the foothills of Mauna Kea, Hawaii’s most sacred mountain and a dormant volcano. It is considered the umbilical cord that connects the Hawaiian people to the great creator.
The Big Island of Hawaii contains the most active volcanic energy in the world. The lifeblood of earth is being created here every day, so this cacao holds life force energy and will assist you in new beginnings as we move forward, letting go of the old and embracing the new.

If we’re not growing it we buying cacao direct from local farmers. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.
