When I look to my communities, to the news, and listen to all the allies I'm connected to spiritually, it is obvious that we are going through a massive death process right now on this planet. 

And soon we will be in a process of rebirth, rebuilding, revisioning. 

But so many of us were never taught to die. 

Not only are we unresolved about the death of our bodies, we also do not know how to move through the deaths that allow us to be reborn as new versions of ourselves. 

We don't know how to let our conditioning die, to let our disconnection die, and to RELEASE them.

In the traditions and lineages I sit under and carry, death is a part of what we are learning to be resolved about, EVERY SINGLE DAY. 

All my spiritual alliances, all this time spent facing it have helped me to move through the death process with more grace, and to teach all my students and community members to navigate their own death processes as they continue to deepen their spiritual and healing paths. 

For this 3 months, we’re going to walk through this death and rebirth process together.
